Five State-Owned Enterprises Ready to Distribute Dividend

JAKARTA - A total of five state-owned enterprises in the infrastructure sector are ready to set a dividend payout ratio (DPR) of 30 percent for the fiscal year 2017. The five companies are PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI), PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR), PT PP Tbk (PTPP), PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) and PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA).

Total dividend projects of the five companies reached Rp 2.3 trillion while the dividend portion for the government amounted to Rp 1.41 trillion. The dividend contribution of the five companies to the government increased compared to last year's realization of Rp 1.13 trillion.

The readiness was disclosed in the working meeting of Commission VI of the House of Representatives (DPR). Director of Jasa Marga, Dessy Aryani as reported from bareksa.com (7/9) revealed, "We are ready with dividend payout ratio of 30 percent."

In the company's work plan and budget (RKAP), Adhi Karya projected net profit this year to reach Rp 507,6 billion, Jasa Marga Rp 1,14 trillion, PTPP Rp 1,71 trillion, Waskita Karya Rp 2,8 trillion, and Wijaya Karya for Rp 1,39 trillion.

So far the Ministry of SOEs will still explore the inputs of the House of Representatives Commission VI. Furthermore, the Ministry of SOEs and the House of Representatives Commission VI will again discuss the contribution of dividends to the government.
