IIF has Distributed Rp 6 Trillion for Infrastructure
JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) has disbursed financing up to Rp 6 trillion until May this year. Based on information submitted by President Director IIF Ari Soerono, the new financing distribution is given to infrastructure projects in the toll road sector such as Trans Java, and telecommunication sector.
IIF serves as a catalyst that can only fill the project's investment needs by 35%, while the rest is filled by banks and other investors. The projects which funded by IIF are projects that have good financial feasibility.
"In the near future, we will try some projects, such as a geothermal project in East Java. Maybe it could be one that we funded this year," said Ari Soerono as reported from bisnis.com (18/05/2017).
IIF also funded the drinking water supply project. One of the drinking water projects financed is the Umbulan SPAM project, where IIF becomes mandated lead arranger by providing funding of Rp550 billion.
"We also funded clean water but it still small in our portfolio. For the future projects SPAM Lampung and West Semarang," close Ari Soerono.
