Jababeka Director Appreciate the Government focus to Develop infrastructure
JAKARTA - Industrial zones maintainers is very appreciated positively the focus of the Indonesian government in developing infrastructure equitably. One of positively appreciates is the Director of PT Jababeka Tbk, Sutedja S. Darmono that rate it could encourage more investment into Indonesia
Sutedja S. Darmono positively appreciated the development plan Cikampek toll road and fast train in the near future. "Plan for the development of transport infrastructure across the Jababeka industrial area will further facilitate access to the industry players that have been in operating here," he said as reported from jawapos.com (03/27/2017).
He explained that since the operation in 1989, the Jababeka industrial area have served 1,650 local and multinational companies with a total workforce reached 730,000 workers. According to him, the development plan toll road overpass that crossed the Cikampek toll road, construction of fast train and the light train will facilitate investor transportation access which invests in Jababeka.
"The development in recent years has shown very good progress for the Jababeka industrial area," added Sutedja.
The development of infrastructure in the region is the dynamic development key of the Jababeka industrial area. Infrastructure in the region is developed in-house, such as 130 Megawatt power plants (power plant) which are managed by PT Bekasi Power, a subsidiary of PT Jababeka Tbk.
In addition to power generation, Jababeka also develops logistics facilities that serve import-export activities other than the domestic distribution, namely Cikarang Dry Port. Cikarang Dry Port is the first and the only Region Integrated Customs Service (KPPT) in Indonesia, which allows the activity of export-import customs clearance can be completed in the Jababeka industrial area.
