Nusa Konstruksi Handle Syamsudin Noor Airport Development Project
JAKARTA - Indonesia as an archipelago country needs airport infrastructure as a support of community connectivity. Therefore, the government established several airport projects as a priority infrastructure project, one of which is Syamsudin Noor airport which now under development of PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK).
Syamsudin Noor Airport is located in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. Nusa Konstruksi is trusted by PT Angkasa Pura I to work on package 2 consisting of structural, architectural, MEP and infrastructure with a project value of Rp 680 billion.
Development of Syamsudin Noor Airport Banjarmasin is a national strategic project as stipulated in Presidential Regulation no. 58 years 2017. The development consists of 2 work packages. Phase I namely the development of terminals and supporting facilities and phase II includes infrastructure, building support and apron expansion.
"The airport development is expected to boost the economy in South Kalimantan," said Djohan Halim, Corporate Secretary of PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk, as reported from kontan.co.id (6/9).
Nusa Konstruksi has experience in doing various airport projects in the country. The projects handled include Kualanamu Airport in North Sumatra, Ngurah Rai Airport Bali, Pagar Alam Airport of South Sumatra, and Sultan Hasanuddin Airport in Makassar.
