KSO Delta Silicon 8 Welcomes Bright Prospect of Industrial Area Development in Indonesia
JAKARTA - Industrial area has a strategic role as one of the efforts to accelerate the spread and equality industrial development in Indonesia. The prospect of industrial area development in Indonesia is now very promising due to the increasing demand for industrial land area.

PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk has developed industrial area which is KSO Delta Silicon 8 on a land area of 227 Ha in Lippo Cikarang city.
KSO Delta Silicon 8 was developed as one of the best industrial area supported by 3 main access from Jakarta-Cikampek toll road that is toll road of Cikarang Barat, Cibatu and Cikarang Utama. Iskandar Rares, revealed, "KSO is strategically equipped with the best public facilities ranging from residential areas, commercial areas, hospitals, to international schools, making this industry an investment option as well as the best business development."
More detail Iskandar Rares added, "KSO DS 8 is also one of the industrial areas that implement the Government's Direct Investment (KLIK) program to facilitate investors in time efficiency for licensing process and factory development."
KSO Delta Silicon 8 provides complete services such as infrastructure maintenance, landscape maintenance, 24-hours call centre & customer care, building control unit, home care unit, fire brigade, and 24-hours security are also provided by Lippo Cikarang as a management. "In addition, we also facilitate tenants in some of our regular event programs, such as Business Matching and Tenant Gathering where tenants are given the opportunity to find suitable business partners (in this case are suppliers/vendors)," explains Iskandar Rares.
