Illegal Property in Bali is closed and sealed by the Trade Ministry
BADUNG - Illegal property located in Petitenget tourist area, Badung, Bali, was closed by Directorate of Orderly Commerce of the Trade Ministry (Kemendag). This is done after going through the monitoring phase for six months.
Based on reports from antaranews.com (11/1/2018), The Director of Directorate of Orderly Commerce of Trade Ministry Veri Anggrijono revealed, "The closure was made after six months of follow-up monitoring and the employer was unable to demonstrate the requirements under the law regarding the Company's Business License (SIUP) P4."
He also explained that when conducting a sudden inspection, the closure is marked with sealing because the property business is still under investigation related to how much the state losses incurred.
"We are studying and checking this company and then we will see the results," he explained about the brokerage business that has troubling the foreign tourists.
He cites as an example, there are foreigners who buy the villa through illegal companies after the transaction and money have been pocketed entrepreneurs, the building was not there, so consumers become restless.
