PT PP Properti Get Syndicated Loan Construction of Rp 256 Billion

JAKARTA - PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) managed to get syndicated loan construction from PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk amounting to Rp 256 billion. The loan will be allocated to build 2 Amartha View apartment towers in an area of 8,687 square meters.

The Amartha View apartment tower is located at Jalan Bringin, Ngaliyan Semarang. Total units to be built in the apartment amounted to 1,480 units. As reported from Saham.news (27/11), the loan funds will also be used to build apartment facilities and infrastructure.

So far the first Amartha View tower has been sold out now, while the second tower sale in August has reached 55%. One unit of Amartha View apartments priced from Rp 200 million to Rp 500 million.

PPRO is targeting sales of up to Rp 550 billion for the launch of the two towers of the Amartha View apartment. In addition, PPRO is now building The Alton Apartments which also located in Semarang. This apartment will be targeted for Diponegoro University (Undip) students because it has a fairly close location.

The company also has several other projects such as Grand Kamala Lagoon in Bekasi, Pavilion Permata, Grand Sungkono Lagoon, Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon in Surabaya, The Ayoma in Serpong, South Tangerang, and Gunung Putri Square apartments in Bogor.
