Summarecon Serpong Launch Symphonia Residential Area
JAKARTA - Summarecon Serpong, one of the business units of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk presents the newest residential area of 200 hectares of Symphonia which has been launched on October 28, 2017, at Plaza Summarecon Serpong, Tangerang.
Symphonia residential area became the latest development area after previously success develop three residential areas namely Pondok Hijau Golf, Scientia Garden and The Springs which has received international accolades.
The first two clusters presented are Cluster Verdi offered with ground sizes ranging from 66 m2 - 88 m2, and Cluster Vivaldi offered with larger sizes, ranging in size from 116 m2 to 166 m2. Cluster Verdi is marketed starting from the price of Rp 1,06 billion and Cluster Vivaldi starting from Rp 2,04 billion.
Sales of the first phase of Symphonia through the Verdi and Vivaldi clusters were successful, all units offered sold out in one day of sales. Even by consumers request, Summarecon Serpong again opened the second phase, so the total units sold exceeded the amount offered. Until the closing of the launching event, cluster Verdi successfully sold as many as 232 units, and cluster Vivaldi managed to sell as many as 131 units.
Symphonia residential area is a new icon of modern residential with the green concept and has a vision of technology far ahead by combining a number of major strengths namely energy, technology and ecology are packed into a symphony that composes excellence as a comfortable residential area. The technology presented is the utilization of solar energy through solar panels and smart home system with the latest technology.
